Order Lead Times
Except for wedding cakes, lead times for ordering are as follows:
Cakes serving up to 60 people:
14 days minimum |
Cakes serving 60-100 people:
21 days minimum |
Cakes serving over 100 people:
1 month minimum |
Wedding cakes:
May - September weddings:
3 months minimum |
Remainder of year:
2 months minimum |
Pricing
 Depending on the design of the cake, its construction, number of sugar flowers if any, special piping or lettering requirements, hand painting, floodwork, etc., prices generally range from $4.50 to $10 per serving.
This is a broad range, and we can discuss your specific requirements to design a cake that will fit your desires as well as your budget.

Delivery/Areas Served
Delivery and setup (if required) of cakes is generally limited to the New York metropolitan area.
From May through October, I also serve northern Duchess Co. and southern Columbia Co. in NY State.
Delivery is free within the borough of Manhattan.
A $25 charge is added for deliveries to Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and the upstate counties listed above.

A $40 charge is added for deliveries to lower Westchester Co., southern CT, and Staten Island.

A $100 charge is added to deliveries in Nassau and Suffolk Cos.

Payment
Except for wedding cakes, payment must be made by or at time of delivery.
For wedding cakes, 50% of cost is due with order to confirm delivery date; remaining 50% is due 14 days before delivery.
